Treatment Methods
The following treatment methods are used to restore and maintain health at
Point of Healing Acupuncture:

| Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Japanese Shakuju (non-insertive) Auricular (ear) |

| CUPPING | |
| Small glass cups are placed over sore or tight muscles. A vacuum is created under the cups using suction to increase the flow of Qi and blood within the muscles. | |
| DERMAL NEEDLING | |
| The skin is gently tapped with tiny sterile needles to increase the flow of Qi and blood. | |
| ELECTROACUPUNCTURE | |
| Acupuncture points are stimulated using a safe, gentle, electrical current. | |
| GWA SHA | |
| The skin is rubbed with a gwa sha tool to increase the flow of Qi and blood in tight muscles. | |
| MAGNETS | |
| Magnets are placed on the skin to gently stimulate acupuncture points without using needles. | |
| MOXIBUSTION | |
| The herb mugwort is burned on or above the skin to warm acupuncture points thereby increasing the healing process. | |
| TDP HEAT LAMP | |
| A thirty-one element mineral plate emits far infrared electromagnetic energy which penetrates deep into the body to relieve pain, stiffness, and spasms. | |
